Terms and Conditions

Right of entry

  1. The right of admission to club events organized by the Space Club has:
    • persons, 18 years of age and older, and have purchased a valid ticket,
    • People who have a valid ticket to the event or a VIP card issued by Space Club,
    • Representatives of state and medical services authorized to carry out inspection activities on the basis of valid ID cards upon agreement with the owners of the Space Club.
  1. The purchase of a valid ticket is tantamount to acceptance of the rules and regulations of the facility.
  2. Once you leave the premises, the ticket you purchased is no longer valid.
  3. Admission to events organized by Space Club is NOT allowed:
    • Persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants,
    • people behaving in an uncivilized, vulgar manner, in a way that is dangerous to others,
    • persons who were found to be trying to bring items such as weapons, narcotic substances, alcohol, markers into the Club,
    • persons who will be refused entry to the event by the event manager; the manager is not obliged to give a reason for refusing entry.

Safety rules

  1. Participants in events are obliged to strictly comply with these regulations on the premises of the Space Club.
  2. Participants in mass events are obliged to behave in a way that does not threaten the safety of other people.
  3. We do not sell alcohol to minors.
  4. Participants are obliged to strictly follow the instructions and orders of the event organiser’s security services and persons responsible for the event.
  5. The safety of the event participants will be ensured by the organizers’ security services.
  6. In a dancing area it is not allowed to:
    • consume no beverages,
    • bring in no glass items such as bottles, glasses or other items,
    • smoke cigarettes.
  1. If you are found to be in possession of items specified in point 4 item c of the Regulations, these items will be confiscated by security services and handed over to authorized bodies.
  2. Event participants are obliged to follow the instructions and orders of the organizer’s security services.
  3. Furthermore, it is prohibited to:
    • entering areas that are not intended for event participants,
    • throwing any objects,
    • selling, advertising, canvassing, conducting fundraising without the consent of the owner of Space Club.
  1. Persons who do not comply with the provisions of the above regulations and do not follow the instructions of the security and information services will be removed from the event area or handed over to the Police.
  2. Space Club is not responsible for the behaviour of persons staying on the premises, in particular:
    • recording videos of people not authorized by the club and distributing these recordings
    • taking pictures of people not authorized by the club and distributing these photos
    • public exposure on the premises
    • inappropriate behavior on the premises
    • aggressive behavior on the premises
  1. In order to ensure the safety of event participants, the Club area and parking lot are monitored and the film footage is archived for 7 days.
  2. In the event of gross violations of the Regulations that threaten the safety of participants in Club events, the evidence will be forwarded to the authorized bodies.

Final provisions

  • Every person staying on the club’s premises consents to the publication of their image on the club’s website and in other promotional materials, without the possibility of interfering with its form.
  • The Organizer is authorized to record the Event, and in particular to record the behavior of people, using image and sound recording devices. In the event of violations of the Regulations or other legal provisions, the material from the recordings may be forwarded to the appropriate authorities.
  • The Organizer also records the course of the Event for the purposes of documentation, promotion or advertising of the event and events in future years, the Organizer and sponsors. The image of people present at the Event may be recorded and then distributed for documentation, reporting, advertising and promotional purposes.
  • Entering the premises where the event is held is tantamount to accepting the provisions of the Regulations and is tantamount to giving consent to the publication by the Organizer of photos and films with the image of the participants of the Event (in accordance with art. 81 sec. 2 item 2 of the Act of 4 February 1994 on copyright and related rights, Journal of Laws 1994, No. 24, item 83, as amended).
  • The event participant voluntarily agrees to the free use of photos and videos with their image without the need for their approval each time. The consent includes the use, recording, processing and reproduction of photos taken by Space Club. Expressing consent is tantamount to the fact that the photos may be placed on the Space Club website and used in promotional materials.
  • The participant may be exposed to continuous noise levels that may cause hearing damage. In the event of partial or permanent damage to health caused by the level of sound and light, participants will not be entitled to any compensation or redress, as they enter the event at their own risk.
  • Disco participants may be exposed to: slipping on slippery floors, hitting elements of the club’s interior equipment, falling down stairs, platforms, balconies. In the event of partial or permanent damage to health caused by slipping, falling, or hitting the above-mentioned elements, participants will not seek any compensation or redress, as they enter the event at their own risk.
  • The organizer is not responsible for items left by participants on the club premises.
  • The participant bears full criminal and financial responsibility for any material damage caused on the club premises.
  • In the event of any disputes not regulated by these regulations, the relevant provisions of the Civil Code and/or the Criminal Code shall apply.
  • Failure to comply with the regulations may result in criminal liability (Article 21, Section 2 of the Act of 22 August 2002)
  • The right to interpret the above regulations rests solely with the owner of Space Club.

LODGE RESERVATION

§ 1. GENERAL RULES:

  • Seats in the boxes are payable and subject to reservation,

§ 2. LODGE RESERVATION:
